Thoughts please!

So I took a test today after testing for the past 6 days. I was unsure about when I ovulated since opk and basal temperature gave conflicting information. Anyways, all prior tests were negative (although as women we always see a vvvfl) until this morning. What do you ladies think? Should I mark this as a possible positive?

I am so nervous to say it’s positive as a couple months ago I got a line that later turned out to be an evaporation line. 😔

UPDATE: So I took another test this morning and.....

it’s definitely a positive! I am preggers!!!! I also was able to go to the Dr yesterday to get bloodwork done and the results will be in today however I think I know what they are going to tell me. I am so excited....I am also so nervous....but overall I’m taking this ride 1 day at a time!
