More than 1 surge?
So I have PCOS. This is my first month doing letrozole days 3-5 on 2.5 mg. I’m on CD 23 right now and I’ve gotten 3 surges. I had really bad cramps last night— only lasted for about 5 minutes. But they were strong. I usually don’t get cramps unless I’m actually on my period, never before. So I’m really confused as to what that was. Here are my OPKs.
