What is this??

This morning, I woke up with a weird feeling on my tongue and it felt like something slimy was there. So I went to wipe my tongue, this was there.

What does this mean and should I be concerned? Do I need to go to a doctor? This is the first time it's ever happened

Girl yes go to a doctor, that’s blood/clot, no clue what it’s from but if you’re coughing it up you should definitely get checked
