Depression at 20 weeks?

Anyone else having bad anxiety and depression at 20 weeks.

Yes I been having bad depression and sadness, I talk to my hubby but sometimes I just dont know why I am sad or depressed. My anxiety goes  up when I'm at the store.  I would try and talk to your partner.

Ladies, PLEASE speak to a doctor, a counselor, or a psychiatrist if you think you are or are feeling depressed. There is no reason to go through this alone and these people are there to help you! I lost a close friend/co worked to a PPD episode this summer. She left behind her family, husband and a precious baby. Please please please reach out.

Yes it has been horrible. I had my obgyn appointment just two weeks ago and she prescribed me Zoloft and it has helped so much. The only problem is it can cause problems in the third trimester.

Yes omg for the past week or so its been hitting me in waves. I thought it wasn't supposed to hit till after the baby is born.

It’s so weird, I normally struggle with depression and anxiety but ever I got pregnant, I’ve been feeling happy and calm. Hormones are weird and they affect EVERYTHING. Definitely talk with your doctor, it’s a hormonal imbalance and you don’t have to struggle.
