Can it harm my baby if I'm not able to eat? I'm so hungry for hours but I don't have enough food or money to eat. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I am a little anxious of what to do

There are usually lots of good banks/pantry around...if you call your local WIC office they could probably point you in the right direction

Yes. Lack of nutrition can harm you and your baby. Have you checked into getting any kind of assistance or local food banks?

You really need to ensure you are getting enough nutrition from a variety of sources.  Depending on where you are located there are a wide range of programs and supports available (especially to pregnant women). I’d start by connecting with any supports you already have in place and earn what other programs are available to you as you go through your pregnancy and into motherhood. If you’re in the Toronto area I can help but I’m guessing your in the US

Its not going to have immediate affects but prolonged starvation or insufficient nutrients can put you at risk for a lot of things including preterm birth and certain birth defects if baby isnt getting enough of something. 
Try enrolling for programs like WIC or EBT. Most places also have women resources centers and food banks.

I really wish you lived local so I can cook dinner for you, I live in Australia. 
I think what will happen is baby will take all your nutrients from the food your eating. Then you could possibly lose weight.
