Kitty advice

I have a cat that is about 4 years old. Her name is Boo (white one in picture in comments). I am moving this Friday and will be getting another kitten(10ish months old) when we move. (A friend of mine has to get rid of theirs and since I will have space for it I thought it would be okay) my thought was to move them both on it close to the same time that way neither one has a huge amount of alone time to create dominance. Few questions as I’ve never had 2 cats that weren’t kittens together or from same litter:

1. Do I need 2 of everything? (Litter box, food/water bowls, scratching posts)

2. Best ways to go about introducing them?

3. Any additional advice is welcomed. Pictures of the kitties in the comments! 🐈🐱
