No symptoms

Hi all.

I’m currently 7w5d pregnant. At 6.5 weeks we saw/heard a heartbeat. I had a miscarriage last year at 5 weeks so naturally I’m nervous. My hcg and progesterone is good i just don’t have any symptoms! Should I consider myself lucky? Well, I do have sore boobs and I’m tired but that’s it. I guess I just want full blown symptoms so I know everything is ok even tho at first visit according to labs and US, everything was fine. Can symptoms just not appear as bad for some women?
