Anyone that has been pregnant with diabetes care to share? How was your pregnancy, birth, and baby?

I’m only 7 weeks and failed my glucose test so bad my doctor said I don’t have to take the 3 hour one. She is calling me in something to take my sugar on my own. The Internet makes me crazy reading about it and I want to know how it went for others.

Note this is my second pregnancy..my first I had 0 problems. In October(not pregnant) I was told I was prediabetic.

Open to any advice please.
