DO SHY GUYS LIKE OBVIOUS GIRLS????

I like this guy and I think he likes me too because sometimes I catch him staring at me and he gets all blushy and he is really cute! The thing is, I sometimes laugh and talk about him with my friends when he is right in front of me and sometimes I looked at him and he looked down really fast and blushed! But do you think he likes when Im being obvious or he feels like it is overwhelming? I need heeelpp! And I dont know what to do because he is really shy and he won't talk to me! everytime I try to look at him he looks down or he tries to ignore me!
