Symptoms

I’m 7dpo and my breasts are much fuller and I have a little bit of nipple sensitivity, neither of which ever happen to me. I also had a little bit of really light spotting this morning as soon as I woke up. AF comes in 12 days. Could this be symptoms of implantation? I’ll also add that within the last hour I’ve started experiencing lower back and pelvic pain on my left side.
