Plant based milk for 1 year old
What’s the best plant based milk to start giving my 1 year old? Rn he’s been drinking soy, soy vanilla, and coconut milk. We’re going to try cashew milk soon. I’ve been researching, and everything keeps saying the only good milk is pea milk, and I don’t have that around where I live.
