Anxiety meds while pregnant. UPDATE

I have an anxiety disorder that I've been struggling with for years. I am on medication for it, but want to start TTC. I go to my OB tomorrow to talk about it. But just wanted some advice from other women who struggled with anxiety during pregnancy. Did your anxiety get worse? What meds did you take?

So I just wanted to update this post to say that I went to my OB today and luckily the meds I'm on (Effexor and Clonazepam) are okay to take while pregnant so he gave me the go-ahead to start trying to conceive! So excited!
