Pregnancy temperature? (Is that even a thing ) a little TMI

So my SO and I are trying but we coming into things we are suppose to do now I’m hearing temperature matters. We decided that I should start prenatal vitamins while we try been doing that for two months. Now I’m hearing try taking your temperature so I did. I’m usually around 98ish but now I’m a 99.1. No I’m not sick and I wasn’t sick a week ago. Lately I’ve been feeling nauseous but weird like I’m slightly throwing up in my mouth. I have weird headaches also like ugh type headache. I want to give my SO and me of course a baby but don’t wanna freak him out. Hell im already in my bag.
