I'm not due until July 15th but I am worried about my maternity leave. I live in North Carolina and they do not offer any kind of paid leave programs. (Unless somethings change that I'm not aware of) My job does not offer any paid leave and because I'm part time I do not qualify for PTO. My biggest worry is how am I going to pay bills, living, etc? I'm saving as much as I can but because of other emergencies within the past few months our savings went quick. I looked at into getting Aflac or something of the sort but I would not qualify. What are some other options? What have you done/plan to do? I need to look into as many options as possible. Thank you!
