he cut me during foreplay..

about a month and a half ago, my boyfriend and i were having sex and i noticed i was bleeding a bit afterwards (wasn’t on my period or about to get it) and the sex hurt slightly. i’m pretty sure he cut me with his finger up there during foreplay but the problem is now, every time we have sex, i bleed and feel super embarrassed. the bleeding will then go on for a couple days afterwards (extremely light) and i feel very sensitive down there. has this happened to anyone else? how can i get it to heal (fast!) so i don’t keep bleeding and feeling pain during sex?
