HELP!!!!! STD?

I had unprotected anal sex over 3 weeks ago, stupid I know but the other day I decided. to shave around my anus, and I didn't use any shaving cream or anything I just shaved In the shower. about a little over one day after I got white bumps around the area where I shaved and they don't hurt to the touch or anything but after showering today I felt a little burning sensation and I see that one of the bumps popped but there was no blood or anything. is this herpes ? everything was normal back there until after I shaved
