Does anyone know what this could be?

I’m 5 weeks pregnant, as of today. When I went an took a shower a few minutes ago I noticed the top of my both hands started burning, I looked down and my hand was red and bumpy. It looks like a bunch of small paper cuts and bumps. It doesn’t itch, just burns. It’s on both hands! Is this normal is pregnancy? Or is something else wrong? I haven’t changed any laundry detergents or ate anything I can be allergic to. As I know of. If that matters. should I talk to my doctor about this tomorrow at the appointment? Or is it nothing to do with pregnancy?
