Open inspection

Hi!

I just had ally real estate come in for an open inspection, I was unaware and therefore indecent (laying on my bed sick in my underwear). We had agree for an open inspection the following week in an email sent to me, my housemate and my housemates dad.

However this is election was unheard of by me,y housemate was aware of an inspection but was unaware that it would be for applicants. Nonetheless, can a real estate conduct inspections without informing ALL tenants on the lease?
