Friday 13th April 2018

At 36 Weeks due to her placenta not working and her not growing,

I Went To Hospital to start the induction process, they put a paper thin tampon up inside me and they leave it in for 24hours they put it in at 2:40pm, and callum and my mum walked the hospital halls with me for hours to try bring on labour, i started having period like pains through out the night and by 6:00am

id had enough so i went out to my mum and callum as they had to sleep on the chairs by the entrance, we walked up and down the halls a few times i was having pains every 2 minuets that lasted up to 1 minuet, after a while we went to see a midwife and she gave me some cocodamal and that made me sleepy and helped a little with the pain, my mum got ready to go to my cousins for a shower and just as she left Darcie-Maes heartbeat started dipping, so callum rang my mum and she come straight back, so they took the tampon thing out and there was no change so then we got all our stuff together and they wheeled me up to the delivery ward, they gave me gas and air as i was contracting, my mum rang my dad to come up to the hospital as i was in labour, the lady checked me and i was 2cm dilated so she could break my waters, when she broke my waters i panicked and had a out of body experience where everything was echoing and buzzing it was like i was underwater and i was looking at mum crying and nodding to say i was ok and i put my arm up to say i was fine and i was getting my breathing back under controll as i couldnt hear your heartbeat as i was panicking, i finally come round and could hear properly and the midwife had already popped my waters, from then on untill i gave birth to you i felt like i was weeing but it was just my waters coming out, then the contractions come quick and fast, they got to the point where i couldnt cope and had an epidural to deal with the pain. My dad and his girlfriend come in to see me and i kept forgetting dad was there as the chair was a bit further back from the bed so i couldnt really see him i was still feeling the contractions at this point then dad and tasha (his partner) went and got me some werthers original and i was starving and couldnt eat anything so i was scoffing them, when they come back dad and callum were in the room and we where talking i was 3cm dilated, and out of no where i felt the erge to push i said to dad i need to push! Dad ran out the room to get mum, callum was telling my to just push i was refusing as mum wasnt in the room yet so she nearly missed it finally she ran in the room and i was ready. I pushed once and Darcies headcome out and i push one more time and her

tiny 4lb 12.5oz body come out at 6:30pm On the 14 April 2018 !

Even tho she was tiny shes progressed so much shes 9 months old and walking and hit all her milestones early 😍🥰
