Went to the doctor yesterday to confirm my pregnancy, even though I was pretty certain I was. I was already excited about my appointment but wasn't expecting much. I figured maybe they'd take bloodwork, I'd get a pap-smear done, maybe pee in a cup....like a normal ob-gyn visit. But when I met with my doctor and he told me he wanted to do an ultrasound I got even more excited. Just being able to see something, even though it was just the yolk sak, had me smiling for the rest of the day. I didn't get a full exam done, just a meet and greet with my new doctor, but I was promised my next visit will be a bit more thorough lol.

To say I'm very excited and happy about this baby feels like an understatement. I'm already excited about my next visit, and all my visits to come.
