NO MEDS!!
So I am interested in having a natural birth! No meds or connected to any monitors. I really wanted a water birth but the closest center is about 2 hrs away. I’m not sure I want to travel 2hrs after I give birth. How do I prepare myself for this process? Any tips? Or helpful sites? I will be 10 weeks tomorrow.
