Need some help

Hi lady’s

I had a scan today and they found two sacks one was 5weeks and 4 day and we seen the yok sack and other sack was a bit smaller and we could not seen anything in it yet they said it could be twin but I got to back in 2 weeks and see if they both grow just want to know is everybody had this and both have turn in the twins I am so scared.
