My body is fighting me

Hey guys I am new to glow and just want to share my story. I got married July of 2018. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a few months, in November of 2018 I was diagnosed with PCOS and it worries me that I may never be able to give him a family. My husband really loves children so this is a huge thing for him, he comes from a family of 15 children so I know if I can’t have children it will be hard on him. My last period was November of 2018 and so I honestly don’t know what to do. Any advise ?
