I stepped on the scale after the holidays and damn. I was really disappointed. I’m at the heaviest ive ever been and I hate it. I love myself enough to know I can’t continue like this without some sort of repercussions in the future. And I’m not about that.
My boyfriend is really into sports, and is a firm believer that couples can be great motivation for each other.
I’ve decided to make some changes: I want to really give this Keto craze a good shot because I’m very impressed by everyone’s success with it!
So I was wondering: what are some good at home fitness apps or workouts you recommend, and are there any places other than Pinterest you opt to use for Keto recipes?
Also any other tips would be really appreciated!!!
