Could I already be feeling symptoms?

Having a mixture of murky-white and clear discharge, very slippery, stretchy and heavy. I’ve already ovulated. We had unprotected sex my entire fertile window (except for when we got the stomach flu) and now I’m having a heavy-pulling sensation in my lower pelvic region with a bit of twinging. I’m honestly not thinking about it, but it’s a very annoying feeling. I sensed my first pregnancy very early on, before I even got a positive test. I was about 3 weeks when I finally found out. Could I be pregnant and feeling it this early on? I’ve been told that each pregnancy, you’ll feel it sooner or around the same time as your first.
