Sciatic nerve pain
Please help. I have developed sciatic nerve pain during my first pregnancy I'm 27 weeks. And I'm in so much pain I can barely walk it hurts. What can I do. The heat pad doesn't help. And my doctor has me on a small muscle relaxer for it but it no longer helps. Any advice would be awesome
