Disappointed

So today I had my CD 13 scan after taking 50mg of clomid days 3-7. I had a couple follicles, the two biggest we’re 23 and 25. Well then we looked at my lining and it was very thin. Approximately 5cm. He said he would switch me to letrazole next cycle and to give him a call when my period starts. I’m so upset. I had 2 miscarriages last year and I really wanted this to be my rainbow baby. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with a thin lining?
