Is this a good workout?
I’m really busy between work and college and some times can only spend 30 minutes at the gym.
Usually on those days I’ll bike 3-4 miles at a level of around 10 which is like going up a hill.
Is this a good workout? I leave feeling disappointed I can’t stay any longer. And want to be sure I’m doing enough.
And the days I stay a hour or two I usually do legs and arms plus cardio. But the days I can’t stay long I stick to strictly cardio.
