Tattoo advice !

So I reallyyy want a tattoo, I love art and everything. I wanted to get a rose under my boob it would be very small, I’m thinking of getting one my 19th birthday the only thing is I’m terrified , but I also have like 6 piercings but just the thought of a needle going at my skin sounds terrifying. It would only be about this big and similar to what is shown down below.

Also I want a rose for a reason Because my grandma and grampa had this one rose bush behind their house forever and they both passed .
