Pain..

I'm 19 weeks. I had a bad stomach bug yesterday to the point where i had to go to the hospital for fluids and meds because i was so dehydrated. Babys heartrate was 160 and shes been moving fine the last few days. Today im having lower back pain and pain on the sides of my belly. I have been laying in bed for like 2 days though. Anybody else have this after laying around alot or should i be worried?
