Is this thrush??

My toddler has not had an appetite, keeps putting his hand in his mouth, is drooling, has a fever of 99.5 and has the white tongue like in the picture. Does it look like thrush? How do you treat it? I’m due in 2 days and just want him to feel better 😭

Looks like it (not a dr) but just try giving him yogurt, it helps cut down the bacteria that causes thrush. Thats what my mom always told me And try your best to keep a them from putting stuff in his moth i know easier said than done.
