Vaginal Birth After C-section

So, I had my first appointment today and my doctor mentioned having a Vbac. With my first ten years ago I had an emergency c-section and the thought of having a vagina birth excites me but also makes me uneasy because I always thought I’d HAVE to have another c-section and the fact that I don’t know what to expect with a vaginal. Of course I have time to make the decision but it’s like my brain is all over the place. Any comments or inputs would be greatly appreciated!
