Hi ladies! Any advice on safe medications or home remedies for staying UTI free while TTC? I usually take 2 cystex, or some d-mannose + cranactin. If I think I need some extra help I’ll do a scoop of UT Vibrance crisis intervention formula. I have had 2 miscarriages so want to be extra careful the third time around, but I also have chronic UTI’s so I’ve got to do something! OB’s have recommended low dose antibiotics daily but those have always been a recipe for disaster for me - and I don’t love the idea of pumping mine and my baby’s body with antibiotics if there are other options.
