Possible tmi discharge question

Does discharge increase every week in the third trimester? I’m only 27 wks but I find myself changing my undies twice during the day. And today I stood up from my chair and there was a huge gush that soaked through to my pants. At this point should I just start wearing pads daily? Also totally separate but I’ve been having a ton of Braxton Hicks today as well
