I was late by 26 days I was on cycle day 57 and I have been having this for 3 days now. I have pcos so its hard to tell when I will have one. This is the most I have after 6 hrs

I always consider that my spotting unless it’s heavy.  I was told it’s just older blood that has already been oxidized.
