Sex and ttc

My fiancée ovulated last night, we had sex 2 days in a row prior to the ovulation day and we also had sex twice one the day of ovulation. Her cervix was very low and very open and her cm was egg white like. She orgasmed twice each time and I also cummed in her every time. She also has PCOS and was wandering what our chances of her falling pregnant this time would be. This year we have had one MC and one ectopic so we are praying for a rainbow baby this time round. Any help would be great.
