Anyone work overnights?

I am 8 weeks and currently work 4:30 pm to 4:00 am. I am totally exhausted! I wasn’t much of a caffeine drinker before I got pregnant so I definitely don’t want to start now. Anyone else in the same boat? I’m hoping my admin will allow a schedule change in a couple months 🤞🏻

I work 7p-7a and it’s very hard. I’m always exhausted and sleeping on my days off. I’m debating on going to days to see if it help, but then I’ll lose money :(

I work 5pm-3am as a 911 dispatcher. We often get mandated to stay until 7am if we are short staffed. I try to eat snacks and save my daily caffeine for my shift. I also try to take a nap before work if I can. Good luck to you! 😊

Small frequent meals if possible. I've also turned to drink additives with caffeine. Just one on the nights im working.  Just a little pep. I like NUUN tablets.

I work from 6:45am- 6:30pm and I rarely get a lunch and don’t get breaks. I work with dogs and since we are understaffed 😒 I can’t just leave one person in the back. I work at a dog daycare/boarding facility and it gets very tiring. It’s not as fun as many think! Told my boss two days ago I can’t do doubles I’m too exhausted and don’t have any energy!
