Should I call my doctor?!

Okay. So what you see here is I’ve been keeping track.. I’ve been bleeding but also have been having brown discharge almost like old blood. The brown discharge is sometimes light and sometimes medium. The blood has been light and sometimes like a period. It’s also been bright red and sometimes dark red. This has been going on now for A MONTH AND 2 WEEKS!! I don’t know what to do or what to think it was. My sister in law, said maybe a miscarriage or tubal pregnancy, or the cyst on my ovary trying to burst? Could it be any of those or just call my doctor?
