What do you guys think is considered a healthy sex life? We have sex every other day or every day for a few day. I’m honestly happy 🥰 I know some couples have sex once a month or twice a year

A healthy sex life is between you and your partner! If you are willing and want to have sex twice a day, week, month, or year that’s up to you, as long as both of y’all don’t feel deprived or over used!

To me, a healthy sex life starts with honest communication between partners regarding each other's needs and expectations- and willingness to adapt. It depends on your personal life and wishes. Some couples have more free time, others work opposite schedules. Some want it daily, while others are happy with twice a year. 
We usually have sex once a week, but based on our other work/family/friends commitments and level of energy, it can vary between 3 times per week, to twice per month. Whatever makes us happy, without feeling pressured or ignored.

Ive noticed that we go through phases. Sometimes it’s only once a week. Sometimes 3/4x a week. Just depends on how we’re feeling.
