Need advice

I'm so unhappy with my husband. Barely ever have sex )maybe 2-3 times a month if I'm lucky), he always has a bad attitude towards me, and we never spend any time together. He would rather go to his mom's to eat or have coffee instead of me cooking for him or having coffee with him. I'm just so depressed and he doesn't care. I really don't know what to do anymore.
