Do you think they helped? Was it worth taking them?

Yes, they were fantastic for my iron levels, but having suffered HG the whole time I found I really couldn’t stomach them in the morning once pregnant and needed to switch to nighttime so I could digest it sleeping 🤣
The Blackmores one is apparently a fairly suitable alternative if you find you can’t handle the Elevit.
