Should I call my doctor about resting heart rate of 110-125?

It's only sporadically, but I don't feel great during. A little shakey, feel like I can't breathe well, but my pulse ox is fine. I've also checked my BP and it's fine as well. I know it can be normal during pregnancy and I was raised by a nurse so I'm programmed to only call or go to the hospital if I'm doing 😂😂😂

I’ve had tachycardia for at least a few months now. Told my OB last week that my heart rate varies between 110 (resting hr) and 160 throughout the day (it’s 135 right now and I’ve been sitting on my couch for 20 minutes). He wrote me a script for a cardiology consult, for which I haven’t made an appt yet, but I know one possible solution will be beta blockers to bring my hr down (even though I have low-normal blood pressure, usually 100/60). 
If yours is only sporadic, you probably don’t need meds to mediate it. I’m positive your OB will just recommend hydrating more (not a bad recommendation - it helps somewhat). 
High heart rate can also be a symptom of anemia, if you haven’t had that ruled out yet.

My midwife told me if I get into like 115-120 while resting, then she wanted to know.

Not sure it's necessary, but you know your body best and if the way you feel is making you uncomfortable, I would rather call and be sure.

I think it’s normal. I went in cause I had a resting heart rate of 123 at the movies. Doctor said it was fine.

I would say that’s pretty normal, but just watch it to make sure it doesn’t stay high or get really, really high.
