Spotting 6 weeks

I’m spotting and I’m so paranoid. It was only once when I wiped after attempting to have a bowel movement (I didn’t end up having one) and it was light pink and brown. Right after my discharge went back to being normal. I’m so scared I watched my mom go through two miscarriages and don’t know what to think. Who had spotting and went on to have a healthy pregnancy?
