Watery or discharge

I was hoping someone could help me out or someone else has gone through the same thing.

So it seems like very recently whenever i get up i feel liquid coming out of my vagina and my underwear is usually super wet or it will be on my inner thighs. It’s just watery on my underwear but when i wipe its a very clear discharge. I’ve never had this happen to where if i stand up its like I’m almost peeing myself. That’s how wet i feel or even sitting down sometimes for awhile i will feel it.

If anybody can relate or help that would be awesome!
