Miscarriage

I believe I miscarried at 4 weeks. My numbers were never very high. When I first checked them they were only at 94. The next week they went up to 170, and never got higher than that. 2 weeks later they were down to 90. I’ve been bleeding since last Sunday. Not a heavy flow, just constant. I got my blood tested again this week, and I was fully expecting them to have gone from 90 to at least 50, especially since I’ve been bleeding for almost 2 weeks. Instead, they’ve gone UP to 102, and I’m pretty much in full freak out mode. I just can’t figure out why my numbers aren’t going down. There’s no baby. They’ve checked. There’s not even a sac. I don’t think it’s ectopic because I’m not in any pain. None. I haven’t even cramped once. I’ve just been lightly bleeding with occasional clots for the past week and a half. Does anyone have any idea what in the hell is going on with me? Maybe I still need a D&C even though I’ve been bleeding? Why are my numbers fluctuating?? Please help me.
