Where do you store your butter?
I've been making my own butter for about 6 months now (stupid cheap, easy, always have butter).. And I keep my butter in a butter bell on my counter... My aunt flipped her lid when she saw that I keep butter outside the fridge. Especially when I *gasp* make my own without stabilizers..
So where do you keep your butter? And Is it okay to judge others for their keeping of certain food products? My MIL keeps eggs out on the counter in Chile because there eggs arent treated and dont need to be refrigerated. I think it's fine, same aunt thinks disgusting..
