Normal for Braxton Hicks...?

I have been having BH since about 13weeks and I’m now 23 weeks. I had them with my first and they never caused any pain or discomfort, I could just feel the tightening.

This pregnancy they have been pretty uncomfortable. Not like a legit contraction but I’ve heard BH aren’t supposed to cause pain/discomfort.

I mentioned them to my OB and she said with each pregnancy they can start earlier and be more noticeable. But I’m wondering if them being so uncomfortable if it should be worried? They get better with change on position.
