I breastfed for 0 days and I have 0 regrets 👌🏻 you can breastfeed for as much or as little as you want. I personally had no interest in it so I decided to formula feed instead. Having a healthy, thriving child is my top priority and that's exactly what I have!

I wanted to do the whole year. But my son quit me at the 4 month mark. LOL I think he may be opinionated the rest of his life and bossy too.

My LO was 2 on the 23rd of January and is still breastfeeding

I think they changed the recommendation from 1 year to 2 years. My LO just turned 2 December 9th and is still breastfeeding a couple times during the day and once before bed.

They recommend for 1 year. But it all depends on you and baby. I tried weaning my son after he turned a year and we finally went cold turkey when he was 20 months.
