Hcg and progesterone levels

Started spotting old brown blood yesterday “implantation.” So I decided to go get my levels checked today. They were both low!

I told my nurse I got a positive ovulation test January 4th possibly actually ovulated 5th or 6th. So technically I could still be really early. My app says I’m like 6 weeks but now I’m think I’m barely 5.

Anyone else go through the same thing and everything be ok? I’m retesting my levels Saturday to see if they double.
