Could it be pregnancy?

A few weeks ago I had unprotected sex and he came inside. I used no form of birth control. About a week later, I started “spotting” which I figured my period was just coming early. But that only lasted about two days. I haven’t noticed any blood since.

My period was due on the 17th and I have yet to experience any blood or anything. The only symptoms I’ve really noticed is tiredness, on and off cramping, urinating more and headaches. But that could be because of lots of reasons. About a week ago, I ended up with a UTI.

I’ve taken multiple of urine pregnancy tests and they’ve all came back negative.
